It is recommended that bookings are made to avoid disappointment.

Check-in is usually from 2pm, however we suggest you check with individual holiday parks. Check out is usually at 10am.

Contact the park during office hours for alternative arrival instructions.

Generally, the price stated is the total amount payable for accommodation only, and can be affected by the number of persons staying.

A service where an experienced person will park the vehicle on the selected site. Costs may apply. Please check the website or contact the individual park at time of booking if this service is available.

Onsite accommodation containing a sleeping area, cooking facilities and seating, ranging from small house or cottage to large luxury villa. Cabins can range from 1 to 4 bedrooms.

A fixed tent structure that can include sleeping, cooking and bathroom facilities and flooring. Also referred to as a ‘glamping experience’.

Onsite basic dorm style accommodation. Guests share nearby amenities block and camp kitchen facilities. Linen is generally not provided.

An allocated space used for overnight stays in the outdoors using tents or RV’s such as caravans, motorhomes or camper trailers.

Sites without power.

Sites are designed with a power outlet providing power for use at the site.

Sites designed for tent and other canvas equipment (camping). May offer power


A kitchen, usually located outdoors, undercover and contains seating and major appliances to be used by guests.

Sites that require no reversing and allow easy entry and exit.

Private bathroom facilities are available. At the time of booking, if essential check that the cabin or sites include these facilities.

No. Please check the website or contact the individual park at time of booking. Generally, parks will display a sign on entry.

A Games or Recreation room is located onsite and available for use by the guests. The room may include facilities such as a TV, pool table, board games. Additional costs may be applicable.

An inflated outdoor trampoline for kid’s enjoyment. Generally surrounded by sand and overhead shade for safety and comfort. Not all parks have this feature.
An interactive kid’s entertainment water area. With amazing themes, facilities can vary but generally include swimming pools, water slides, splash buckets and sprays that provide endless entertainment.
