We have a range of accommodation choices, all self-contained and air-conditioned. Choose from the massive 3 bedroom Family Bungalow that sleeps up to 10 guests, through to a great selection of modern Studios and Villas for 2-8 guests. If you’re caravanning or camping you’ll be spoilt for choice with sites that are suitable for all kinds of set ups. From powered ensuite sites to drive-thru sites for convenience.
BIG4 Karuah Jetty proudly offers a a wide range of facilities; a main resort style pool and toddler splash pool, children’s playground, fitness equipment, tennis court, volleyball court and 20 metre long jumping pillow. We ensure your comfort with modern amenities and friendly staff who are on hand to help anytime.
It’s only 30 minutes to the Port Stephens beaches and just 20 minutes to the lovely Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest. Just 50 minutes north of Newcastle, we are perfectly located for an escape without the hassle! If you feel like a stroll, it’s only 600 metres to the local shops including an IGA supermarket, takeaway food, bakery, pharmacy and bottle shop, plus there’s a friendly local RSL Club with courtesy bus and a fantastic Chinese/Australian restaurant. All of this, just 4km off the Pacific Motorway, and you’re in paradise!

- Fish along the banks of the Bellinger River, with bait and tackle available for sale in the shop.
- Bring your boat, kayak or SUP to launch along the river.
Pet PolicyTo ensure harmony and consideration of all guests, we ask that our Bellinger River Tourist Park Pet Policy is respected at all times.
- Pets must be kept on a lead (retractable lead locked at no more than 1.5 metres) at all times and either retained by hand by an adult or tied up within your camp site. There is no “off leash area” in the park.
- Pets are not to be left unattended whilst you go out, they must go out with you.
- Pet owners are responsible for collection and disposal of their pet’s waste which must be sealed in a bag and disposed of in a rubbish bin. Bags are available for purchase in the office.
- Pet owners are personally responsible and liable for any and all injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions relating to their pet.
- For the enjoyments of all guests, please do not allow your pet to urinate etc on any guests site or property.
- For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the Amenities Block, Laundry, Camp Kitchen, Community Garden, Pool (including pool area), BBQ area, or near, in or under Villas.
- If you wish to bath your pet, we have a bath located near the Back Boom Gate. Please feel free to use it.
- Please DO NOT wash pet bedding in the washing machines, dryers or laundry troughs.
- The Park Manager reserves the right to request that a pet and its owner leave the park if the pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or inhibits the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Any and all monies will be forfeited if such a case arises.
