Aspen Holidays Barlings Beach, nestled on 22 acres of stunning beachside land, offers the perfect escape on the NSW South Coast, situated between the charming villages of Batemans Bay and Moruya. Our park features excellent facilities, including a saltwater swimming pool, multiple BBQ and picnic areas, a games arcade, a camp kitchen, laundry facilities, and even an onsite food truck.
Choose from a variety of accommodation options, from luxurious villas and modern family-sized beach homes to budget-friendly cabins perfect for a getaway. For those who prefer camping, we offer both powered and unpowered sites for tents and tourist vans.
Surrounded by nature’s beauty, our park is a paradise for nature lovers. Enjoy pristine, sandy beaches, scenic rockpools, and peaceful riverbanks that make for ideal spots to picnic, swim, or surf. The area’s clean, clear waterways also create an excellent environment for fishing, a local favourite pastime.
Barlings Beach offers unbeatable beachside access—simply step outside your accommodation and take a leisurely walk across the dunes to the coast. Not only are we right on the beachfront, but Batemans Bay and Moruya are both just a 15-minute drive away, and Tomakin IGA is only a minute from the park. The historic town of Mogo, home to the renowned Mogo Zoo, is just a six-minute drive inland.
Our park is also conveniently located near licensed clubs, cafes, unique boutiques and galleries, a lawn bowls club, a golf course, tennis courts, and a boat ramp, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and adventure.

Pet PolicyTo ensure harmony and consideration of all guests, we ask that our Bellinger River Tourist Park Pet Policy is respected at all times.
- Pets must be kept on a lead (retractable lead locked at no more than 1.5 metres) at all times and either retained by hand by an adult or tied up within your camp site. There is no “off leash area” in the park.
- Pets are not to be left unattended whilst you go out, they must go out with you.
- Pet owners are responsible for collection and disposal of their pet’s waste which must be sealed in a bag and disposed of in a rubbish bin. Bags are available for purchase in the office.
- Pet owners are personally responsible and liable for any and all injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions relating to their pet.
- For the enjoyments of all guests, please do not allow your pet to urinate etc on any guests site or property.
- For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the Amenities Block, Laundry, Camp Kitchen, Community Garden, Pool (including pool area), BBQ area, or near, in or under Villas.
- If you wish to bath your pet, we have a bath located near the Back Boom Gate. Please feel free to use it.
- Please DO NOT wash pet bedding in the washing machines, dryers or laundry troughs.
- The Park Manager reserves the right to request that a pet and its owner leave the park if the pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or inhibits the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Any and all monies will be forfeited if such a case arises.
