Tweed Holiday Parks Tweed Heads is a fantastic venue for water sport enthusiasts. With 37 kilometres of pure unspoilt beaches, visitors can enjoy snorkelling, canoeing, surfing, fishing, and boating, featuring its own saltwater lagoon and private in park boat ramp. Situated on Terranora Creek adjacent to the calm waters of the Tweed River and just a stroll to the town centre, it is a popular choice for families who love the outdoors.
With everything you need including Wi-Fi, a year-round temperature-controlled swimming pool with an impressive waterslide, playground, modern camp kitchen overlooking the children’s playground, TV room, undercover BBQ areas, and outdoor gym equipment.
The Park offers powered and unpowered tent sites, ensuite tourist sites and tourist sites with access to shared amenities, as well as 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom waterfront luxury cabins.

- Fish along the banks of the Bellinger River, with bait and tackle available for sale in the shop.
- Bring your boat, kayak or SUP to launch along the river.
Pet PolicyTo ensure harmony and consideration of all guests, we ask that our Bellinger River Tourist Park Pet Policy is respected at all times.
- Pets must be kept on a lead (retractable lead locked at no more than 1.5 metres) at all times and either retained by hand by an adult or tied up within your camp site. There is no “off leash area” in the park.
- Pets are not to be left unattended whilst you go out, they must go out with you.
- Pet owners are responsible for collection and disposal of their pet’s waste which must be sealed in a bag and disposed of in a rubbish bin. Bags are available for purchase in the office.
- Pet owners are personally responsible and liable for any and all injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions relating to their pet.
- For the enjoyments of all guests, please do not allow your pet to urinate etc on any guests site or property.
- For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the Amenities Block, Laundry, Camp Kitchen, Community Garden, Pool (including pool area), BBQ area, or near, in or under Villas.
- If you wish to bath your pet, we have a bath located near the Back Boom Gate. Please feel free to use it.
- Please DO NOT wash pet bedding in the washing machines, dryers or laundry troughs.
- The Park Manager reserves the right to request that a pet and its owner leave the park if the pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or inhibits the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Any and all monies will be forfeited if such a case arises.
