Sun Country Lifestyle Park is located opposite serene Lake Mulwala. Offering deluxe cabin accommodation, it’s perfect for family holidays, work-stay trips, couples retreats and country escapes.
The park is ideally situated for guests to enjoy a range of activities in the beautiful Riverine region. You can explore the local river beaches, join in the many water activities on the lake, take a cruise down the Murray River, or sample local wines and produce.
Known for water sports, fishing and picturesque scenery, Lake Mulwala is a marine paradise. Its foreshore is lined with scenic walking tracks, picnic spots and playgrounds, and it’s just a short stroll from Sun Country Lifestyle Park.
Every cabin is located centrally within the park, allowing for convenient access to amenities. Our luxury villas can sleep up to 6 people and are fitted with all the comforts of home, including self-contained kitchens, TVs and air-conditioning.

- Fish along the banks of the Bellinger River, with bait and tackle available for sale in the shop.
- Bring your boat, kayak or SUP to launch along the river.
Pet PolicyTo ensure harmony and consideration of all guests, we ask that our Bellinger River Tourist Park Pet Policy is respected at all times.
- Pets must be kept on a lead (retractable lead locked at no more than 1.5 metres) at all times and either retained by hand by an adult or tied up within your camp site. There is no “off leash area” in the park.
- Pets are not to be left unattended whilst you go out, they must go out with you.
- Pet owners are responsible for collection and disposal of their pet’s waste which must be sealed in a bag and disposed of in a rubbish bin. Bags are available for purchase in the office.
- Pet owners are personally responsible and liable for any and all injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions relating to their pet.
- For the enjoyments of all guests, please do not allow your pet to urinate etc on any guests site or property.
- For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the Amenities Block, Laundry, Camp Kitchen, Community Garden, Pool (including pool area), BBQ area, or near, in or under Villas.
- If you wish to bath your pet, we have a bath located near the Back Boom Gate. Please feel free to use it.
- Please DO NOT wash pet bedding in the washing machines, dryers or laundry troughs.
- The Park Manager reserves the right to request that a pet and its owner leave the park if the pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or inhibits the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Any and all monies will be forfeited if such a case arises.
